Remember, most of these recipes are flexible. Experiment with different amounts of garlic, chilli, salt, etc until the recipe becomes your own.
You can't beat a fresh homemade pasta sauce,
try it
once and you'll never buy that stuff in jars again!
This one takes a bit longer, but well worth the
