Coriander

Fresh coriander is available either ready cut or as a plant from your local supermarket, but it ain't cheap!.

Why not grow your own in a pot on the windowsill or if you use larger quantities buy it from your local Asian supermarket, rinse it well, finely chop it and store it in ice cube trays in the freezer.
